What is a quartz wafer?


The biggest feature of quartz wafer is its high chemical purity. Its wafers made of semiconductor grade quartz are widely used in solar energy, industrial applications and thin film coatings.

It is also widely used in semiconductor processing, and its mechanical and optical properties are widely recognized by the public. In general, quartz is a single crystal material with different crystal directions. Typical cutting methods include x cut and y cut,AT cutting, and ST cutting.
In terms of diameter, it can be divided into two inches, three inches and 10 inches. We can also customize the dimensions of other diameters according to the specific requirements of customers.Mosa
