quartz glass
Quartz glass is also widely used in aerospace, optical communications and other fields, as well as high-tech products that require high temperature, cleanliness, corrosion resistance, light transmission, filtering and other specific environments in the production process.

The manufacturing process of quartz glass mainly includes the following steps:
Preparation of raw materials: First of all, high purity silica raw materials need to be prepared.
Raw material purification: natural quartz sand needs to be cleaned, screened and chemically treated to remove impurities and improve purity.
Melting: The purified silica raw material is melted under high temperature. The temperature can reach over 1700°C.
Molding: The molten silica liquid is poured into molds or through specific molding techniques.
Annealing: After molding, the quartz glass needs to be annealed to remove internal stresses and prevent it from breaking during subsequent use.
Cutting and Polishing: Depending on the need, the quartz glass is cut into specific sizes and shapes and polished to improve surface smoothness and optical properties.
Inspection: Throughout the manufacturing process, several quality inspections are conducted to ensure that the purity, light transmittance, mechanical strength and other properties of the quartz glass meet the standards.
